Will Barber - IT Director
Having started a career in design and web development I quickly noticed a need to for IT support in the company I worked for. I became a certified Apple professional and helped build and maintain servers in both small companies and in larger scaled organisations. I have worked in sectors such as: Education, Sustainable and renewable energy, Data cleansing and with the Police with intelligence software.
My passion has always been education and in 2008 I trained to become a teacher and here I found my true passion. Combining teaching and my love of all things technical. I have run a successful freelance website agency and to date have built websites for organisations for online retailers, SME's and charities.
My drive is to support and educate people in my community in how they can become better protected online and also how to use their devices. Tech shouldn't be scary and I strongly believe in supporting people to use tech to their advantage and not to see it as something to be afraid of.

Ian Hopgood
Having seen, in 1978, a computer craned into a business in the small Suffolk town Ian grew up in, he decided that was where his future lay. Following a degree in maths which introduced him to programming and some time in the cockpit design team for the BAe Harrier jet, he spent over 30 years working in the Lloyd's and London insurance markets, writing complex applications for global insurance and reinsurance companies. With a worldwide userbase and team, Ian quickly recognised the need for consistency and clarity in communication and application design, something he remains committed to nowadays as being the simplest route to successful software.
Since retiring Ian can be found milling at Woodbridge Tide Mill. In his spare time he's a keen mountain biker, is learning to use his kayak safely, and tries to keep his hand in by coding solutions for problems his wife doesn't know they have. He's got 3 sons who seem to have thrived despite his parenting, and a dog who shares his passion for a quick afternoon nap in the sun whenever possible.
